Feed delivery system
The feeding system includes a silo and a feed line. The former can be classified into galvanized sheet silos and GRP silos, while the latter can be classified into chain-disc feed lines, auger type feed lines, pneumatic feed delivery, etc.
Galvanized sheet silo
The galvanized sheet with double-sided zinc layer of 275g/m2 is processed and formed by automatic forming equipment, which ensures the assembly accuracy. With a volume ranging from 4.4 m3 to 52.4 m3, it is used for pig farm feed storage. Sun protection and heat insulation devices can be selected according to the user's requirements to effectively ensure the nutritional value of the feed and avoid mold.

Fiberglass silo
It is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and processed by vacuum molding process. With a volume of 1.9 m3 to 18.2 m3, it is used for feed storage in the trimming silo. The silo body is white, which can effectively avoid the temperature rise in the silo and facilitate the feed storage.

Auger feed line
The auger feed line has such specifications as 60”, 75”, 90” and 125”. The motor drives the coil spring packing auger to rotate and drives the feed to be transported in the closed pipe. The feed is delivered to the feed doser, feeder and other feeding units through three-way feed drop at the designated location. The feed sensor is set at the end of the feed line to automatically control the opening and closing of the driving motor to realize automatic feed

Outside Overhead feeding line
It is mainly used for feed conveying from the centralized feeding area of the factory to the target silo, with a long conveying distance. It can realize ultra-long feed conveying through multiple feed line relays, reduce vehicle activities and personnel activities, realize self-reproduction and self-support in the factory, and improve bio-safety.
